Meet The Owner

Nichole Green, MSN, ARNP

I have been a Registered Nurse for more than 7 years. I spent most of my nursing career working in a local hospital and was an infusion nurse for several years. I graduated in June of 2021 from Purdue Global University with my Family Nurse Practitioner degree, and am currently licensed and practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

For many years

I struggled with trying to get my healthcare providers to listen to me and take my concerns seriously. I knew my body was not feeling or working the way it should, and that what I was feeling was not “normal” for someone my age. I was only in my 30s at the time, but I felt like I was trapped inside an 80-year-old body. As a result, I often felt completely hopeless.

I finally decided that to be seen and heard, I was going to have to start advocating for my health care. I needed answers, and I was determined to get them, even if it meant seeking new providers.

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I finally understood why I had been experiencing chronic pain and unexplained weight gain for so many years, and why I struggled to lose weight no matter how much I dieted and exercised. It was a huge relief to finally have answers, as well as a path for treatment.

As a result

of my personal experiences, I have a strong passion for healthcare and wellness, and I strongly believe in treating the whole person. I love helping my patients feel good from the inside out. I am a huge supporter of advocating for your health. I focus on listening to my patients and helping them feel like they have a voice in their healthcare needs. I never want my patients to feel hopeless.

Healthcare is often like a puzzle; I’m here to help fit the pieces together into something that makes sense.

Nobody knows your body like you do; my job is to help you find answers and to provide treatment solutions.

My hope with Revive Wellness LLC is to help others get answers and the treatment they need to feel healthier!

Born and raised in Omak, Washington, family is the cornerstone of my life. As a devoted mother of two and happily married to my high school sweetheart, I understand the importance of feeling confident in one’s own skin.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing, I am dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to my patients.

With experience in aesthetics and a commitment to continuous education, I ensure that my patients receive top-tier treatments tailored to their individual needs. My goal is simple: to deliver exceptional results that enhance natural beauty and empower my patients to feel confident in their own skin.

Laura Mendoza

Esthetician/Lash Artist

Laura grew up in the Tri-Cities area. She has been a licensed Esthetician since 2009 and in the spa business since 2015. She is certified in Volume lashes. Her passion for skin is what keeps her at the head of her game with the newest and latest treatments. She continues to further her education as an expert in her field. She is knowledgeable in putting together the right regimens and treatments specifically for you.

Jessica Lehmann

Permanent Cosmetics

Jessica obtained her license and completed her initial training for permanent cosmetics in 2020 and has since completed numerous amounts of continuing education courses. She also has a background in medical and currently doubles as a dental assistant, so she has vast knowledge in sanitation, sterilization, and infection control. She is extremely passionate about ensuring any procedure you may be interested in will always be safe and sanitary for our clients.

We are pleased to offer an array of services under this umbrella of semi-permanent cosmetics. A form of makeup tattooing. Powder brow, microblade, nano brow, eyeliner, lip blush tattoo. Jessica is also specially training in Lift tattoo lightening and magnetic tattoo removal. Jessica also does professional teeth whitening on site.
